July 2, 2026 Update

The Summer Transfer Portal Window Has Closed

The summer transfer portal window is officially closed, but roster movement is far from over. While players can no longer enter the portal, commitments will continue throughout the offseason as programs finalize their 2027 rosters.

Several Texas schools made key additions during the final week of the portal window, while many players announced their destinations.

Texas Adds Another Bat

Texas added Kent State outfielder Sawyer Solitaria to its growing transfer class.

The Longhorns also saw additional roster movement as pitchers Kade Bing and Cooper Rummel, along with catchers Andrew Ermis and Presley Courville, entered the portal. Rummel has since committed to Duke.
